Don't wait until the last minute. Research takes time; librarians are happy to help you but may be limited in how much assistance they can provide if you wait until the night before your assignment is due. We encourage you to reach out to a librarian a few days or weeks before a deadline.
Please note that the RefDesk is not a proofreading service for your citations or your papers. We will answer your citation questions and provide resources you can continue to refer to when working on your own. However, librarians do not proofread papers or bibliographies for students.
