Cite all articles as if you found them in print (i.e. do not include a URL or database name).
Example of an article citation:
Bormann BT, Haynes RW, Martin, JR. 2007. Adaptive management of forest ecosystems: did some rubber hit the road? Bioscience. 57(2):186-191.
