How to Download an eBook

For Windows PC/Mac Users follow the instructions below

1. Download Adobe Digital Editions,  Click here to go to Adobe's webpage. From there click on the download now link and follow the setup instructions..

2. Create an Adobe I.D. Click here to log-in if you already have a free account or to create a new account. *You will need this account information to log-in to Adobe Digital Editions.

3. Create an Ebsco account. To create an Ebsco account, click here and click on sign in at the top right hand corner of your screen. Click on create account and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. You will need to sign in to download an eBook.

4. Here's the detailed record screen from the sample search. Click on the Download this eBook (offline version) button located on the left hand side of your screen. A confirmation box will appear. Please note the checkout period, 60 days. Click on the checkout and download button. (click image to view full size)

Click on the downloaded file from the window of your browser or you will also find it in your my downloads folder on your computer. It will automatically open Adobe Digital Editions and you will be prompted to log in to your account as shown below  (click image to view full size)

Authorize your computer to view your downloaded book using your e-mail address and password of your Adobe I.D account.
